The Condor Wasi statue, or “house of the condor” represents the upper world of the Incas and stands on one of the hills of Puno city, overlooking the Puno Bay of Lake Titicaca.

 The Condor Wasi statue, Puno City By Ivo Vanherp. Ivo lives in Puno and can see Lake Titicaca from his living room. He was involved in the project that financed the local Tourist Destination Management Organization in Puno and travelled to many places in and around Lake Titicaca. He was also involved with the commercializion of sustainable tourism in South Peru on the Internet.
